Resetting Your VPN Preferences

Currently, Cloudbric VPN does not offer a feature to reset application preferences directly within the app. However, you can manually reset your preferences by following the steps specific to your device's

Operating System:

• Android:

  1. Open your device's Settings app.
  2. Tap on Connections, and then More connection settings.
  3. Select VPN and find Cloudbric VPN.
  4. Tap on the Gear icon next to Cloudbric VPN and select Forget VPN.
  5. Restart the Cloudbric VPN app and re-enable the necessary settings.

• iOS:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
  2. Tap General, then VPN.
  3. Find Cloudbric VPN in the list and tap the information icon.
  4. Tap Delete VPN to remove the settings.
  5. Restart the Cloudbric VPN app and reconfigure your VPN settings.

• Windows/MacOS:

  1. Uninstall the Cloudbric VPN application.
  2. Re-download and reinstall the application from the official site.
  3. Restart the Cloudbric VPN app

These steps will help you reset the VPN settings specifically on your device.
We are considering adding a direct reset feature in future updates to improve user experience.
