I can't access the internet after connecting to VPN
If you are unable to access the internet after connecting to VPN, please try the following solutions.
1. Check Internet Connection After Disconnecting VPN
Disconnect the VPN and check if your regular internet connection works properly. If you still cannot access the internet, the issue may be with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
2. Switch to a Different VPN Server
Try changing the VPN server location in the Cloudbric VPN app and reconnect. A temporary issue with a specific server may be causing the problem.
3. Change DNS Settings (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS)
Some network environments may require manual DNS configuration for VPN to work properly. Try using one of the following DNS options:
-
Google DNS:
8.8.8.8
,8.8.4.4
-
Cloudflare DNS:
1.1.1.1
